Last Weeks Walks
For two weeks in a row we've had fine spring weather and last week all the walks proceeded again. The turn out on Wednesday's walks around Ngaio was 51, comprising 7 Pleasure Pacers, 25 Steady Steppers and 19 Fast Footers. There were 3 people on the Thursday night walk in Tawa. On Friday 20 walkers enjoyed a walk of varied scenery taking in Trelissick Park, Tinakori Hill and Wilton Bush.
Thank you to everyone involved in planning and leading these walks.
Regards
David
Reminder
Please ensure that you inform your group’s leader if you leave a walk partway through.
This Weeks Walks (Wednesday 6 September)
Sticking quite close to home this week with all walks starting from the Outlet Centre in Tawa (DressSmart) and heading around the streets and walkways of Tawa. The PP’s and SS’s walks are variations of previous walks with the FF’s repeating an old walk.
PP’s: A 4.07km loop around the streets and walkways of Tawa. You can see the walk here.
SS’s: A 5.51km loop walk that is also on footpaths and uses a few pedestrian walkways as short cuts. The walk includes a couple of suburban street climbs but nothing really too strenuous. You can see the walk here.
FF’s: A 6.99km loop walk on roads, footpaths, steps and pedestrian walkways. You can see the walk here.
Enjoy your walks

Parking for all three groups is in the Outlet Centre Carpark as near to the Takapu Railway Station as you can get.
